I just bought an '86 Savage three days ago for my wife. The low seat and light weight was the clincher for her. This is her first bike. She just got tired of being on the back of my bike. I ride a 650 thumper as well but being fuel injected, water cooled, counter balanced it really doesn't feel like a thumper.
